Join us at Breathing Space Yoga on Capitol Hill on Saturday, Feburary 1 at 4:00pm for Havdalah. Ideal for tots-3rd grade but all are welcome. You can expect some gentle movement, lots of singing, and a sweet Havdalah ceremony followed by snacks and drinks (for kids & adults).
